Bollox 012 came in coop with Unsociable, Destructure, Rinderherz and Rejected (CD) - a 7 song farewell LP from this outstanding band from Ireland that represents their most intense and diverse release ever! too sad to say, but it´s their last one to date as the band defunct last summer. - a heavy, epic, mystique´n´tribalist dark hardcore punk in a blast of a powerfull production. lyrically highly spiritual influenced as the artwork has a strong paganistic feel as well! comes in a heavy gatefold sleeve with beautifl artwork by Glynn Scrawled.

There might be some copies around in some distro boxes or the contributed labels might have some here and there... worth to have it as a vinyl since the artwork and package AND (of course) musical content is worth having...

"Die letzten Aufnahmen zwischen 2004 und 2005 der irischen Vertreter des düsteren, melodischen Hardcore, irgendwo zwischen GORMOIL, REMAINS OF THE DAY oder WORMWOOD, mit leichten Tendenzen zu FROM ASHES RISE oder TRAGEDY. Während vor allem der jeweiligen Opener jeder Vinylseite "The great devide" und "To stand in array" treibende Melodiestürme in einem harten Gitarrenbrett durch das Labyrinth des Gehirns wüten, verschleppen die restlichen Songs den Zuhörer in ein Meer von Soundcollagen und brutalen Vocals. Es sind die sphärischen Übergänge. Melancholische, fast schon depressive Gitarren werden von Aggressionen und Wut abgelöst. Eine hervorragende Produktion, irgendwo zwischen Dead Beat, Doom, Hardcore und Thrash, ohne jedoch unterschwellig ein Melodienchaos zu vernachlässigen.
